PAYMENT FOR DESIGN
By filling out the confidential order form, you agree to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit you receive from Jonalynn McFadden and the design terms below. If the total order is less than $50, then half of the order balance is due. I accept payments through Paypal only.
Orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit, which will be put toward your remaining balance. For orders less than $50, half of the order price is required. Once paid, I begin your design. When the design is finished, you will be sent the remaining balance invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full before installation on your blog.
All communication is done via e-mail so I have a record of your design preferences.
Designs are created based on your preferences (colors, patterns, fonts, inspiration images, etc.). You will be sent a link to a test blog site where you can follow the design process. The designer will send you questions pertaining to the process periodically and your feedback is encouraged. Once finished, you can approve the test site. If any elements need to be tweaked, they will be done so at this time.
Once your design is installed, a Jonalynn McFadden logo will be placed at the bottom of the page. This logo must remain on your blog as long as you have any Jonalynn McFadden design elements applied.
CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS
Due to the nature of design work, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. In the event you cancel your order, you will lose your deposit and/or full payment depending on where we are in the design process.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Pick a blog or graphic design package and fill out the blog design order form or the graphic design order form.
HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
You provide a guide of what you would like incorporated into the design (patterns, colors, images, etc.). Feel free to send inspiration images, too. I then set up a test site and design based on those specifications. I find it easy for clients to follow the progress on the test site. Once you have approved the design on the test site and paid the remaining balance, then it is installed live on your site.
HOW WILL YOU INSTALL MY NEW BLOG DESIGN?
You provide your login info, and I install everything. This information is kept completely confidential and is deleted as soon as your install is complete.
HOW & WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY DESIGN?
You will be required to make a $50 non-refundable deposit in order for the design work to begin. All invoicing and payments are completed through PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay your invoice). Once the design is completed, you pay the remaining balance.
WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU DESIGN FOR?
Currently I work with Blogger and Squarespace. Sorry, no WordPress at this time.
